Job Title: Engineering Support - AVC

What you'll be doing:
* Contribute to the support and enhancement of systems engineering projects across AVC
* Ensure all engineering administration duties related to AVC are delivered accurately and promptly including BoM Maturity, Risks, Requirements etc
* Manage both hard and soft document control processes on behalf of AVC
* Coordinate technical information and specifications effectively to ensure a coherent documentation suite.
* Provide engineering support where possible to the Technical Team, from initial enquiry through the processing of AVC Query Forms, IFs, and Build Queries
* Coordinate AVC Issues and Actions to ensure swift resolution and closure through the relevant avenues within engineering
* Report on key metrics such as Part Maturity and Design Maturity to eliminate any hindrances posed by day-to-day engineering administrative tasks
Your skills and experiences:
* Demonstrate a foundational understanding of engineering principles within Electrical, Mechanical or Systems Engineering
* Possess experience in administrative roles
* Exhibit excellent proficiency in English with strong technical report writing abilities
* Show exceptional interpersonal skills, facilitating effective information gathering and seamless collaboration
* Thrives on challenges and excels in delivering innovative solutions
Desirable:
* Experience with Teamcenter, DOORS, or SAP
* A STEM or Engineering Qualification

The AVC Technical Support and Efficiency (TSE) team:
The AVC Technical Support and Efficiency (TSE) team would be responsible for supporting the Engineering Teams across the AVC 'One Team' through a group of specialist Engineers and Technicians, that together will ensure a disciplined approach to General Engineering tasks that will influence the product design and develop the work being completed by the System Engineering Team to optimise efficiency, supportability and ensure a structured approach to document generation. Furthermore, this role presents abundant prospects for personal and professional development within AVC and the wider organisation along with the opportunity to complete an Engineering Degree.
