Person Specification
* Care Certificate (desirable).
* QCF Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent (desirable).
* Full driving licence (desirable, but not essential).
Joining Bonus Eligibility
To be eligible for the £750 joining bonus, you must meet the following criteria:
* You have not been working in the care industry for the previous 2 years OR have come straight from education (e.g., college, sixth form, apprenticeship).
* You must be employed for a minimum of 8 hours per week.
* The scheme must be a CQC registered provider in Suffolk.
* You must work for at least 12 weeks with Orwell and pass this starting period to qualify for the payment.
