Job summary We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Onsite based Clinical Pharmacist due to company growth and expansion to work full / part-time for one of our many PCN contracts across the UK. This opportunity is available for highly motivated and focused Clinical Pharmacists, who will be responsible for the smooth running of day-to-day activities within general practice, whilst playing a vital role in providing clinical support and advice to patients focusing on best practice and adhering to safety guidelines. Main duties of the job As a clinical pharmacist you will confidently act within professional boundaries, supporting and working alongside a team of pharmacists and GP's.
