Main duties of the job The post holder will complete general administration tasks including Docman, answering the phone, completing spreadsheets, filing, photocopying and scanning. Excellent communication skills are required, both verbal and written, to be able to converse with patients, relatives and other staff members in a professional manner via phone and email, taking and recording messages and acting on any requests in a timely manner. The ability to work independently with a flexible approach to work is also essential for the role as administration tasks may also be allocated from the Management Team.
