Based in Basingstoke
Salary: £26,500
A client of mine is looking for an Administrator to join their team in their head office in Basingstoke.

* Construction experience is required.

Daily Duties:
* Liaising with the site teams.
* Supporting invoice verification.
* General administration.
* Managing the Director and Deputy Directors' diaries.
* Preparing letters, reports, spreadsheets, and any other documentation using systems.
* Managing emails and screening/directing calls appropriately.
* Checking contracts.
* Running internal systems.
* Compiling data for Managers.
Skills & Experience:
* Previous experience in a similar role would be beneficial.
* Knowledge of the construction/landscaping industry would be beneficial.
* Great organisational skills.
* Knowledge and experience of managing and maintaining data.
* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word applications.
