RVG is on the lookout for a Sales Consultant to be site based 5 days a week at our Retirement Village based in Chorleywood, Rickmansworth.
The Sales Consultant will work closely with and be supported by a wider sales and marketing team in terms of events, open days etc and with the village-based operations team on the transition of sales prospects through to happy, settled village residents on completion of their sale/rental.
Responsibilities include:
* Delivery of an exceptional customer journey, from getting to know our village community.
* Identifying and securing potential properties to sell within the village.
* Outreach into the local community
* First point of contact for all sales/rental calls taking the buyer through the journey with regular contact
* Developing excellent relationships with prospects, acting as a friendly and empathetic ambassador for the village and supporting and guiding them through to completion of sales and rentals within the agreed processes.
* Maintain the CRM system and actively promote the development
We are looking for someone with experience in the property industry/senior living sector with responsibility and accountability for goal achievement. Full driving licence and experience working with CRM systems and extended sales cycles. The successful candidate will be proactive and have an entrepreneurial mindset with a positive attitude.
