A Digital Marketing Assistant at our community-oriented and forward-thinking sports club plays a vital role in generating online revenues for our core products. This position primarily focuses on the digital marketing and management of our ecommerce platforms, with a particular emphasis on retail. Key Responsibilities: Digital marketing: - Across digital display, PPC and other channels, drive traffic to our ecommerce platforms. - Arrange and manage photoshoots for all launches and products. - Plan and execute retail email campaigns in-line with our wider CRM strategy. - Drive data collection initiatives to grow our retail and ticketing databases. Ecommerce platforms: - Optimise ecommerce performance and conversion rates. - Ensure all products are professionally presented online including appropriate images, descriptions and tags. - Ensure the sites are optimised for SEO performance. - Manage multiple ecommerce sites simultaneously. - Develop our official eBay store and drive sales through it. - Carry out regular reviews of ecommerce platforms. Analytics and Reporting: - Develop testing programmes for ecommerce platforms including A / B testing on emails, key landing pages, and marketing material. - Collate and analyse data to inform future digital strategies. - Support the wider content team with data compiling and analysis. - Weekly report of ecommerce sales and trends.
