As a Community Lead within Barchester's Residential Care Homes, you'll play a crucial role in making residents' lives stimulating and fulfilling, delivering person-centred care and support. Across everything you do, you'll be a role model for your team and someone our residents and their families can trust to provide a safe, reassuring and happy environment. You will build key relationships within the home and externally.
About You
You'll need senior-level care experience to join us as a Community Lead. You'll also have supervised others and developed a good understanding of how to provide clinical care for the older person. We'll look for a Level 3 NVQ or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care plus a willingness to undertake the assessor qualification. Enthusiastic, tenacious and full of integrity, your caring approach and strong communication skills mean you inspire trust in others. Qualifications Essential
* You'll need senior-level care experience, as well as experience in supervising others and providing clinical care for older people. A Level 3 NVQ or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care, plus a willingness to undertake the assessor qualification, are required.
