Are you experienced in supporting young people with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and looking to enhance your teaching experience?
Our partner schools are currently seeking enthusiastic and organised Teaching Assistants to support students with SEN throughout the upcoming term.
Role:
As a 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be instrumental in preparing tailored classroom resources, supporting students on an individual basis, and leading small group sessions to help meet the diverse needs of our students.
Responsibilities:
- Support students with Special Educational Needs in a 1:1 or small group setting.
- Prepare and adapt classroom resources to suit individual learning needs.
- Collaborate with teaching staff to ensure effective support and engagement.
- Maintain a proactive and organised approach in all aspects of the role.
Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience working with young people with Special Educational Needs.
- Strong organisational skills and a proactive attitude.
- Passion for education and a commitment to making a positive impact.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and confidently support students 1:1.
Requirements:
- UK residency for at least 3 months.
- Valid Right to Work documents.
- Relevant experience in UK schools.
