We're looking for a South West based experienced Production Secretary or Production Co-ordinator to join the team on a returning BBC animal series.
Ideally you'll have a background in Factual Entertainment and experience in high-volume daytime series.
The PS or PC will support the PM in shoot logistics, Silvermouse paperwork, crew and talent accommodation and travel, finance reconciliation, Albert Sustainability reporting, some kit and prop sourcing and general PM support. PMI experience would be advantageous but not essential.
There will also be some music and archive clearance for the edit so any experience in BBC music clearance is desirable.
You must be in reasonable daily driving distance of the production office at Longleat.
Dates: 7th April for 13 weeks.
Location: Longleat Safari Park, Wiltshire until 6th June and then WFH during edit.
If you have the experience required and if you're based within commuting distance of Longleat, please apply with a short cover note confirming your location, availability and relevant experience.
We look forward to hearing from you. Unfortunately, due to the expected volume of responses, we may not be able to get back individually to everyone who applies, but we will read all applications and we'll be in touch if we'd like to take your application further.
We are an inclusive and disability confident employer. We actively encourage applications from individuals from diverse and under-represented backgrounds and are committed to providing a creative and inspirational home for all people. To make sure we are inclusive and accessible to all, please let us know if you require any reasonable adjustments or assistance either to help you with your application or whilst working for us.
Thank you.
