Your Responsibilities You will:
Contribute to the development and implementation of UEL's corporate strategy, ensuring all relevant policies, national standards and key performance standards are implemented and maintained. With excellent stakeholder engagement skills, you will work with partners across UEL, UHS and Hampshire and Isle of Wight ICB to ensure resources support the provision of professional, safe and high-quality services. With your compassionate leadership skills, you will lead the UEL soft FM teams, ensuring your team delivers safe effective services to patients, including the annual patient improvement objectives. You will collaborate, contribute to and implement significant service redesign, business planning and deliver cost improvement plans.
What we're looking for:
You will bring your senior track record of working in an acute healthcare or equivalent setting of scale and complexity in a senior operational delivery management position. You will demonstrate your knowledge of national and local NHS frameworks and the ability to analyse and interpret complex data and facilitate operational delivery decisions to support key performance targets. With your strong communication skills, you will be able to present complex information to internal and external groups in an understandable and accessible way. Evidence of successful leadership, management and engagement of clinical teams to introduce change and manage clinical and non-clinical operational services by in-house and outsourced providers, including contracts in excess of £10m pa.

A final panel for selected candidates will be held onsite on Friday 28 February. Due to the scope of the role, there is a need to be on site most of the time.
