The Headteacher and Governing Body are keen to appoint an enthusiastic and committed professional to work alongside an amazing team of staff as a Senior School Support Officer/Officer Manager. This role is integral to ensure all financial and administrative systems and processes are led in an effective and efficient way. The successful candidate will also lead, operate, maintain and develop the human resources process and practice of the School in co-operation with the Management team and the Governing Body. You will be expected to work in partnership with relevant team members of the Local Authority and to support GDPR and any subject access requests, freedom of information requests and pupil information from police. A front facing role, you will set the tone of our relationships with families, agencies and the wider community. You will deliver high quality, effective line management to support the School Support Officer, Caretaker and Midday Supervisors.
