Project Administrator
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 (dependent on experience)
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent (40 hours per week)

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, managing processes, liaising with customers, and contributing to business improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage customer enquiries and generate quotes.
Process customer orders and oversee completion through to delivery.
Coordinate internal resources and external suppliers to meet project timelines.
Organise shipping logistics and process invoices.
Collect and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve processes and enhance customer experience.
Support the company’s online presence and social media activities.Essential Skills & Experience:
Exceptional customer service skills.
Strong commercial and technical acumen.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify areas for improvement.
Proactive, organised, and detail-oriented.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Full UK driving licence.
