HR Business Partner - £62,000 per annum - 12 month Fixed Term Contract - Hybrid
A highly regarded and forward thinking not for profit organisation with offices in North London are looking for a personable HR Business Partner to join their People and Culture team on an initial 12 month FTC.
This role would suit an experienced HR Generalist, HR Business Partner of HR Manager that enjoys working in a busy, fast paced environment where you can really make an impact.
Please note – this role will be based in their North London office – Islington – and offers hybrid working.
As the HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality HR support and strategic leadership across the organisation. This role will provide expert guidance to managers, enabling effective people management, handling complex employee relations matters, and ensuring the consistent application of HR policies and best practices. As a trusted advisor, you will work closely with senior leaders, acting as a critical point of contact in strategic workforce planning, change management, and engagement initiatives. You will lead key HR projects, including culture and inclusion work, policy development, and organisational change, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Strong stakeholder management skills are essential, as you will collaborate across departments, engage with a recognised union, and drive best practices that foster an inclusive and high-performing workplace.
We are looking for a proactive leader with a strong track record in HR strategy, employee relations, and change management. You will bring expertise in coaching and supporting managers, leading HR initiatives, and driving cultural change. With a strong focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion, you will champion organisational values and work to embed a positive and inclusive working culture. A CIPD qualification would be desirable but not essential.
