Answering emails, secure messages and post/letters from both advisers and end clients within the SLA Understanding system task failures and manually processing these Answering incoming and making outgoing calls to build relationships with advisers and clients Dealing with queries and helping to resolve escalation cases generated within the team You will need: Strong Communication skills.
