I'm currently recruiting on behalf of some fantastic recruitment agencies in Birmingham and the surrounding areas. I'm looking for experienced consultants across various sectors.

The ideal candidate will exceed in this position if they are able to successfully aid recruiting efforts and fulfilling the clients needs by matching clients with open the company's recruiting needs. In order to do so the candidate has to be able to source and qualify leads that will meet the company's criteria. To be successful, the candidate will have to understand the technical depth of the industry and the company to become and effective talent partner.
Responsibilities
* Actively source and qualify candidates
* Manage the client's needs and expectations
* Use CRM to manage clients/candidates information
* Maintaining strong relationships with end clients and candidates
* Working to improve recruitment efficiency
Experience
* 1 year minimum experience in 360 agency recruitment
* Experience in sales/new business
* Candidate delivery and client management
* CRM, Excel, Word and job boards such as CV Library, REED etc
* Achieve KPI's/targets set
