1. To lead a team of Hygiene Operatives in maintaining high standards of GMP across Bradford site.
2. Maintaining the Uniform Auto-Valet system ensuring all colleagues have the correct uniforms available and managing the Hygiene cleaning/PPE stores so that adequate stock is available when required.
3. Driving excellent Hygiene Standards across Bradford Site.
Role Requirements Principal Accountabilities
4. Act in line with Princes Values and Behavioural competency framework
5. Understanding of the Bradford site Must Wins, Maturity Matrix and site Battle plans knowing how the role fits in with these
6. Operate within lean manufacturing practices applying 5s & CI applications
7. Lead & Manage the site Hygiene Teams across the whole site
8. Action Hygiene Non-Conformances to enable quick close off
9. Carry out routine Hygiene Audits to improve standards across site
10. Carry out Risk Assessments of Hygiene tasks and materials used
11. Review Hygiene SOP’s across site ensuring they remain effective & valid
12. Carry out regular reviews of cleaning standard routines ensuring fit for purpose & effective
13. Manage Auto-Valet system ensuring uniform is available, raise any issues with supplier.
14. Manage Hygiene PPE/Cleaning stores ensuring stock levels are correct and maintained
15. Manage Locker control across site
16. Manage Toilet/washroom facilities around site to ensure cleaning/drying materials are available & hygiene standards are maintained
17. Carry out regular 1:1 with all team members
18. Manage team training matrix in line with site standard, actively develop team members to allow greater flexibility
19. Organise that correct cover is available to give the site the correct Hygiene support
20. Ensure all the correct documentation is maintained within specified timescales
21. Manage all external/internal contracts relating to the Hygiene function
22. Maintain own compliance records so that they are available on request immediately
23. Ensure all orders are put through correctly on the Princes finance systems
General Responsibilities
24. Understanding and implementation of lean manufacturing work practices including 5S, AM and problem solving (including root cause analysis), to drive continuous improvement activity throughout the site
25. Have a detailed understanding of the Princes Manufacturing System (PMS) and the Site Must Win Battle Plan
26. Ensure all training for direct reports is documented using the appropriate skills matrix.
27. You must exercise reasonable skill and care for the health and safety of yourself and other people at work and you must not interfere with or obstruct anything provided in the interests of health and safety at work.
28. The incumbent should demonstrate behaviours which are in line with the site values & help to improve the Quality, Safety & Environmental culture.
29. Support the business in working towards delivering our ethical trading and human rights vision.
30. When engaging with internal and external stakeholders (such as consumers, customers or suppliers) maximise any potential opportunities to communicate Princes’ ethical trade and human rights approach.
