We are currently recruiting for a Safety & Compliance Administrator to support our housing safety & compliance team. This is an exciting opportunity for you to be part of a growing team that works hard to ensure the safety of all our tenants whilst maintaining compliance with all relevant safety and compliance regulations. As a Housing Safety & Compliance Administrator you will work with the Housing Safety & Compliance team to ensure that the Council fulfils its statutory duties in relation to the safety of our tenants. This will include: · Assisting in collating data and preparing reports for the Regulator of Social Housing and KPIs. · Managing inboxes, taking calls and responding to queries from contractors and tenants. · Working with other members of the team to progress actions relating to fire safety, asbestos management and other areas of building safety. · Managing data across multiple spreadsheets to ensure accuracy and consistency · Working with the team to develop ‘golden thread’ information and manage records accordingly. Insert Key requirements We are looking for someone who has excellent admin skills who is confident using word and excel. Ideally you will have some experience of building safety within housing however this is a perfect opportunity for someone looking to take their existing admin skills in a new direction. You will need to be comfortable working as part of a small team and using your own initiative whilst having a keen eye for attention to detail. This is a fast paced environment and the ability to balance competing priorities is essential.
