Job Summary
This role is based in Allington, Maidstone on a hybrid working arrangement (3 days office and 2 days work from home).

As a Finance Analyst, you will be at the forefront of shaping strategic decisions, providing actionable financial insights, and supporting the integration and optimisation of cutting-edge systems.
As a pivotal member of our Finance team, you will:
* Drive Strategic Initiatives: Analyse financial implications of transformation and diversification strategies, create predictive models, and support cash flow forecasting.
* Enhance Data Governance: Ensure data accuracy and compliance, conducting integrity checks to support audit readiness and regulatory standards.
* Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with the CFO, CEO, and FP&A teams to build impactful business cases, support shareholder presentations, and assist with post-acquisition integrations.
* Optimise Systems: Support ERP (D365 Finance & Operations) data migration and lead enhancements to planning and reporting tools for seamless functionality.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, including a 1-hour lunch break (40 hours per week).

Experience and Skills Required
* Proven experience in financial modelling, including forecasting, budgeting, and scenario planning.
* Advanced knowledge of data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, SQL) and experience in data visualisation through dashboards.
* Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., D365 Finance & Operations) and data integration processes.
* A solid grasp of financial principles such as cash flow forecasting and contract profitability.
* Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ACA) or progress towards one.
