Main Duties Efficient clerical and administrative support as required including but not limited to: Main administrative focal point for assigned department Diary management Maintenance and organisation of department inbox Scheduling of meetings and appointments Maintain Internal databases Prepare regular reports and presentations Answer and redirect phone calls Handle queries from managers and employees Update office policies and procedures What we are looking for Demonstrate a proactive approach to delivering excellent customer service to stakeholders. Strong team player orientation - cooperative and willing to assist others. Proficient IT skills including MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, and comfortable with numerical reasoning. Engaging communicator demonstrating influencing skills and an ability to adapt approaches to differing audiences.
