Your new company:
Hays is recruiting a talented technical leader to join our client’s Digital Applications and Workplace Services team.
Your new role:
1. Manage the firm’s digital services, including SaaS, Public and Private Cloud, and In-House Developed Services.
2. Ensure the efficient operation and optimisation of various business applications.
3. Oversee cloud-based Digital Applications and Workplace infrastructure.
4. Promote KPIs, agility, automation, and compliance.
5. Implement continuous improvement plans and manage changes.
6. Lead and enhance the team towards high performance.
7. Drive performance in third-party and vendor partnerships.
8. Provide escalation support for Digital Application and Workplace issues.
9. Manage resources and support models for future digital service roadmaps.
10. Ensure quality technical documentation and DR/BCP readiness.
What you’ll need to succeed:
1. Experience in managing enterprise applications and cloud solutions.
2. Strong service management and leadership skills.
3. Proven track record in people and team management.
4. Familiarity with ITIL framework and structured project management methods.
5. Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
6. Proactive, flexible, and able to work in a rapidly changing environment.
What you’ll get in return:
