EHS & Training Coordinator
Location: Kidlington, Oxfordshire
Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum plus company benefits
Evoke Staffing is pleased to be working with a specialist, leading manufacturing company.
Our client is seeking an EHS & Training Coordinator to support the deployment and administration of the EHS Plan across the operation. This role involves identifying, designing, coordinating, and delivering key activities to ensure staff gain and develop skills to carry out their jobs safely and effectively.
Duties:
1. Deployment and administration of EHS plans and development needs.
2. Drive compliance to EHS standards in line with ISO standards.
3. Identify training and development needs via regular consultation with managers.
4. Design and develop training and development programs based on both the organization's and individual needs.
5. Draw up an overall training plan by reviewing the current system, amending, and building.
6. Devise individual learning plans and produce training materials for in-house courses.
7. Consider the costs of planned programs and keep within budgets.
8. Ensure that statutory training requirements are met.
9. Keep up to date with developments in new product introductions and new processes.
10. Conduct internal audits as required in line with the Quality Audit Plan.
Minimum Requirements:
To secure this position, you must have experience of working with ISO45001 business or similar management systems. In addition, you must have previously deployed training plans across a multi-functional workforce. It would be a big advantage if you have formal EHS qualifications.
