Job Description We are excited to be recruiting for a Social Media Executive to manage our social media channels and campaigns. You will be responsible for developing and executing innovative social media strategies that promote our property brands, drive awareness, and foster engagement. You’ll be delivering impactful social media campaigns for over 50 known high street brands - so the ability to think on your feet and work on a number of projects at once are essential skillsThis role will be based in Manchester City centre with some hybrid working and occasional travel to London.You will be a key contributor to the marketing team achieving its objectives and meeting the deadlines and targets of on-going projects. You will also be encouraged to come up with your own creative ideas and deliver your own projects to specific deadlines too.Your main focus will be helping to grow a following, and maintain a brand. You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day creation and execution of the social media content across all of our brands to our national audience. You’ll be researching and analysing social media trends to improve our social media presence and working with members of the team across various campaigns. We’re also looking for someone who is super proactive in coming up with new ideas for our social media strategy too. We are looking for someone who has: Excellent knowledge of social media platforms like TikTok and Meta, and how best to use them Ability to report on social metrics A collaborative mindset, with the ability to manage multiple projects, Experience of using wider social media management platforms like Hootsuite or Brandwatch Good copywriting skills Ability to work under pressure An understanding of social media trends, audience behaviour, and the latest developments in the property industry Excellent attention to detail Experience of analytics and reporting i.e. Google Analytics / Email / Social ads Research skills and ability to come up with new ideas Desirable to have a proven track record working on, and growing, social media accounts with tangible results Your key responsibilities will include: Create engaging, well-written content daily Maintaining and creating a social calendar and identifying key focus areas Plan and deliver social media strategies across our social media accounts Regularly monitor and report social media stats to prove effective performance Review and report on key metrics like engagement and impressions Stay up to date on new social media tools, industry trends and developments Identify new areas of opportunity for our brands Work closely with the wider marketing team to understand wider campaign activity as well as meeting company goals of growing an audience and driving conversions Monitor competitor activity Skills and qualifications: Degree and/or work experience in marketing or social media Strong written communication skills Extensive knowledge of social media platforms If you are passionate about social media, we’d love to hear from you.
