Key Responsibilities Lead and manage projects in data management and civil engineering, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of IT, data, and engineering project goals with organizational objectives. Oversee data governance practices and data integration into civil engineering projects to optimize data quality and accessibility. Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, and risk, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope. Liaise with public transport bodies, regulatory authorities, and other stakeholders to secure necessary approvals and facilitate smooth project delivery. Provide technical leadership in data-driven decision-making, including the development and use of data analytics tools. Qualifications and Experience Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field. A master's degree or PMP certification is a plus. Extensive project management experience in IT data management and civil engineering, preferably within the public sector or large-scale infrastructure projects. Proven experience working with public transport or similar large-scale organizations. Strong understanding of data governance, data analytics, and integration within engineering projects. Demonstrated expertise in managing project budgets, timelines, and stakeholder communication.
