Key Responsibilities
* Lead a team of HR Operations Administrators and team leads, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
* Develop and implement HR processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
* Collaborate with senior management to drive business objectives and strategic initiatives.
* Manage employee relations, resolving conflicts and addressing concerns in a fair and timely manner.
* Conduct performance management, including goal setting, coaching, and development planning.
* Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, maintaining accurate records and reporting.
