Your primary focus will be on managing and optimising Paid Social, Paid Search, Fiend Referral and SEO, whilst supporting the Head of Growth with new channel tests and other revenue growth initiatives. About you You are a results-driven and highly commercial professional with experience in fast-paced D2C businesses or within a Paid Social and/or Paid Search agency. Analytical and creative in equal measure, you're as confident calculating ROI as you are briefing new ad creative, always guided by data-driven insights. Clear communication, exceptional organisational skills, and a collaborative approach make you an invaluable team player who thrives in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities will include: Paid Social & Paid Search Management: Partner closely with our specialist external agencies to optimise weekly campaign performance across Meta, TikTok, and Google. Develop and execute a robust testing roadmap in collaboration with the agencies, focusing on improving LTV:CAC and scaling sign-ups profitably. Leverage customer and consumer insights, along with ad performance data, to deliver impactful briefs for new creative assets. Lead detailed weekly and monthly reviews of platform performance, presenting insights and clear next steps to the Head of Growth and the wider Growth, E-commerce, and Brand teams. Collaborate with the Head of Growth to manage agency relationships effectively, ensuring alignment on priorities and identifying new testing opportunities to enhance performance. SEO: Work closely with our Head of Growth, SEO agency and E-commerce team to optimise on-site and off-site performance, driving improvements in organic traffic, rankings, email capture and sign-ups. Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO roadmap in partnership with the agency, focusing on increasing Frive’s visibility and boosting conversions, so it becomes a sizeable new customer acquisition channel Affiliates and Digital Partnerships (Commercial): Oversee Frive’s Affiliate programme to hit and exceed growth targets, driving sustainable and profitable YoY expansion. Work with AWIN to carry out monthly gap analyses, onboard new Affiliates and nurture existing relationships. Cultivate and expand Frive’s partnerships with third-party organisations like Amex to deliver strong YoY growth, ensuring optimal offers, copy and visuals are utilised. Friend Referral: Oversee the performance and growth of the friend referral programme, ensuring it drives cost-effective customer acquisition and retention. Continuously analyse referral data to identify opportunities for improvement, including refining incentives, streamlining the user experience, and enhancing programme messaging. Leverage customer feedback and behaviour analysis to optimise the referral journey and increase participation rates. New Channel Testing: Support the Head of Growth in executing new channel tests, ensuring timely launches and proactive optimisation during live campaigns. Conduct a post-test campaign analysis to evaluate performance from a CPA and LTV perspective Skills required: Performance Marketing Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Paid Social and/or Paid Search. Experience with other performance marketing channels isn’t essential but would be valuable. Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyse data, interpret results, and apply insights to optimise campaigns and strategies. Experience with GA4 and/or business intelligence tools like PowerBi and Tableau is required Creative Briefing: Experience in briefing and collaborating on ad creative with a focus on data-driven insights and brand alignment. Testing and Experimentation: Expertise in designing and executing A/B tests and experiments to improve performance and validate new opportunities. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication to present insights, strategies, and results to stakeholders. Stakeholder Collaboration and Agency Management: Ability to work effectively across teams, including agencies, internal teams, and external partners. Time Management: Strong organisational skills to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. Budget Management: Proficiency in managing marketing budgets and maximising ROI. Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
