Progressing tangible actions identified through the statutory national reports and local committees. Collaboratively work with staff networks and staff across the wider organisation to develop and deliver inclusive provisions. Offer advice, guidance, expertise, and insights, in relation to all workforce staff experience, particularly equality matters. To work collaboratively with key stakeholders across the Trust to embed a culture of inclusion and compassion. Inform the design and contribute to the delivery of Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) and staff experience related training to all staff groups and grades. This will include ensuring that e-learning meets learning requirements. The post holder is responsible for influencing the development, implementation and evaluation of EDI strategies at service level, bringing in best practice solutions to achieve EDI objectives.
