We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team on a fixed-term contract. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting various HR projects and initiatives, ensuring they align with our business objectives and contribute to the overall success of the organisation. You will play a vital role in shaping and improving our HR processes, ensuring compliance, and supporting business growth. Core Duties & Responsibilities Support the HR and senior management teams to deliver key projects and priorities that support business goals and expanding global operations. Lead and manage HR projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and effective implementation. Support development of the team, providing expert advice and guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices. Create and refine HR policies to align with business needs, compliance requirements and international regulations. Develop comprehensive job descriptions for all roles across the business. Review and update contracts to ensure relevance, compliance and continuity across the business. Support the business in gaining and maintaining accreditations such as ISO through the development of HR processes, data and documentation. Review key HR processes and procedures, making recommendations for improvements to drive efficiencies and support successful implementation Support talent acquisition across the business, managing the full recruitment process internationally. Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations. Provide regular updates on project progress, communicating plans, timelines and outcomes. Represent the business, upholding our core values and behaviours with all internal and external customers, clients and third parties Maintain business and client confidentiality, adhering to applicable Data Protection regulations and Information Security Standards in line with company, and group policies and procedures. Qualifications: Skills and Experience Experience working in a HR Business Partner or HR Generalist capacity working in a dynamic and cross-cultural environment within a global organisation Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully delivering HR projects. Proven ability to effectively plan and prioritise multiple tasks according to business needs Ability to work on own initiative within parameters of the role and proactively escalate any issues to line manager Proactive nature, high attention to detail, ability to solve problems effectively and efficiently. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A flexible and positive approach to support global operations and the wider team. Competent in using MS Office applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint. SharePoint experience desirable.
