Working as part of the HR team you will support the delivery of a pro-active, professional customer-focused, effective, efficient service to internal and external customers, which drives business performance and contributes to the achievement of strategic and operational objectives. As a Payroll and Information Manger you will be responsible for: ensuring that all aspects of payroll are processed correctly and on time overseeing and directing payroll procedures ensuring compliance with laws and tax obligations supervising the payroll and information administrator maintaining accurate payroll records payroll year end and month end procedures resolving payroll queries regarding pay, tax, national insurance, pension, etc. improving internal processes managing the payroll system and making changes or updating the system as and when needed submission of gender pay report, workforce report, establishment report and providing various management reports. With a commitment to delivering excellent customer service, excellent administrative skills and the ability to be pro-active and use initiative, you will be able to work in a fast-paced environment without compromising quality of service. Working in an HR team who service three campuses you will be flexible and adaptable in approach with excellent communication skills and a team working ethos. You should hold Mathematics and English qualification at level 2 or equivalent and payroll related formal qualification or demonstratable experience.
