The Role
:
As a Research Analyst, you will envision, develop, and deliver comprehensive research findings within the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) sector.
Duties:
1. Identify marketing and industry trends, understand the evolving competitive landscape, and anticipate future changes.
2. Write syndicated, ad-hoc, and custom market research reports offering insights, implications, and actionable recommendations based on in-house data and other premier sources of competitive marketing intelligence.
3. Present insights to clients in-person, over the phone, and via webinars.
4. Actively contribute to and assist in managing the TMT content schedule.
5. Enhance and expand your knowledge of the TMT sector through desk research, utilising proprietary consumer and marketing research.
6. Track and adhere to timelines and deliverables for both long-term and short-term projects.
Requirements:
7. Previously worked as a Research Analyst or in a similar role.
8. 2-4 years of professional experience with quantitative and qualitative research methodologies, with the ability to apply them effectively to client challenges.
9. Experience working in a TMT company or at an agency on TMT accounts with a robust understanding of the industry.
10. Background in digital media analysis, research, or measurement.
11. Possess relevant degree.
12. Skilled in integrating various data sets into compelling narratives to meet objectives and create meaningful stories even with open-ended topics.
13. Strong organisational, problem-solving and analytical skills.
