Candidates will need to possess previous experience of advising and supporting leaders and managers on all aspects of recruitment and selection, great communication skills, and a passion for recruitment.
This is a fixed term role for 12 Months. An on-site presence is required for this role.
Main duties of the job
1. Providing the recruitment service to a number of allocated divisions/directorates, acting as their key advisor on recruitment and resourcing.
2. Working with recruiting managers to understand their resourcing needs, create, plan, and deliver recruitment campaigns that enable the attraction and timely recruitment of staff.
3. Helping to achieve high standards of service to ensure a good candidate and hiring manager experience.
4. Overseeing compliance with all recruitment related documentation, checks, and systems, supervising recruitment administrators to ensure that recruitment processes run efficiently and effectively.

* Experience in managing recruitment campaigns, including coordination of high volumes of recruitment and multiple assignments

* Experience of developing recruitment plans in line with organisational objectives, advising recruiting managers on recruitment approaches and strategies
* Experience of handling senior level recruitment assignments, 'hard to fill' roles and engaging recruiting managers at all levels, including senior managers

* Experience in recruitment in a health care setting
