Customer Service Assistant
Location: Milton Keynes - Office based
Salary: £24,000 pa - £25,000 pa
A great opportunity to join a busy independent retailer at their UK office. Joining a small and friendly customer service team based in Milton Keynes, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service by processing orders via the website, phone, and emails. Ideally, you will be available to work Tuesday to Saturday - 37.5 hours per week (Saturdays work from home).
Responsibilities:
* Good all-round customer service and administrative skills, with a strong attention to detail.
* Organisational skills and the ability to problem-solve under pressure.
* Processing orders for customers, taking information, and addressing enquiries via phone and email.
* Using web chat to assist customers in a timely manner.
* Dealing with enquiries, providing quotations, and answering questions related to products and services.
* Processing credits, refunds, and invoices in a timely manner.
* Updating the CRM system with information and handling any amendments.
* Delivering high levels of customer service with a helpful and proactive approach.
* Able to multitask and quickly learn new products and information.
