Are you ready to take on a pivotal role as a HR and Finance Administrator within Health and Social Care sector? If so, SCA is looking for a dynamic individual who can take the lead on HR and Finance Administration to support our HR and Finance teams within the organisation. What will I be doing? This position will be well suited to an individual with a strong administrative background and is passionate about delivering great customer experience to both internal and external stakeholders. The postholder will support with the Organisation's payroll activities for hourly and salaried employees, contact stakeholders to chase payment for outstanding invoices and provide varied administrative support to both our HR and Finance teams. We're a collaborative and supportive team, so we're looking for someone who not only works well with others, but also brings a flexible "all hands on deck" approach to stepping in and supporting, whenever and wherever needed. What will I need? This opportunity will suit a competent, organised HR/Finance professional with the following experience: Have relevant experience in a similar role, ideally within the health and social care and/or charitable sectors. Ideally hold a level 3 CIPD HR and/or a AAT finance qualification be proficient in the use of excel spreadsheets Experience of computerised sales ledger, preferably in Sage 200.
