Part Time Personal Assistant 3 days per week Feltham £35,000 - £45,000 pro rata (depending on experience) Our fantastic client based in Feltham are currently recruiting for a Part Time Personal Assistant to the Managing Director. The role will involve: Performing secretarial work and providing senior managers with day-to-day administrative support as and when required Acting as a first point of contact for callers, dealing with emails and phone calls Managing the diary for the Managing Director and organising meetings and appointments (Business and Personal). Booking and arranging travel, transport, and accommodation both national and international. Organising events and Exhibitions. Preparing communications on the employer’s behalf, such as documents, reports, and presentations. The successful candidate will have: Outstanding organisational and time management skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload. Excellent verbal and written communications skills. MS Office and English proficiency.
