Role Overview:
As a Full-Time KS1 Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality education to students in Key Stage 1. Your role will involve planning and delivering lessons that meet the needs of all students, assessing their progress, and creating a stimulating and supportive classroom environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons across the Key Stage 1 curriculum.
2. Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports student learning and development.
3. Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback to both students and parents, and adapting teaching methods as necessary.
4. Foster students' social, emotional, and academic growth through a range of teaching strategies and interventions.
5. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure effective planning and delivery of the curriculum.
6. Participate in school activities and professional development opportunities to enhance your teaching practice.
What We’re Looking For:
1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant degree.
2. Experience teaching in Key Stage 1, with a strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum and assessment methods.
3. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
4. Creative, organized, and enthusiastic about teaching and learning.
5. Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students.
6. Strong team player with a proactive approach to teaching and problem-solving.
