Holme Pierrepont Country Park, the home of the National Water Sports Centre, has excellent water facilities, accommodation, a campsite, Outdoor Adventure Zone, Life Fitness Gym, and marvelous nature trails for cycling and walking. It is a favorite destination for families, schools, corporate clients, and individuals.
As the Water Assistant, you will be responsible for the preparation, repair, and maintenance of the water facilities and equipment, plus controlling and directing the use of water-based activities and associated facilities as part of a team.
You will also be accountable for different areas, such as contributing to the management of health and safety within the workshop and preparation of the water facilities for activities and events.

About You
It is essential that any potential applicants hold a Full UK driving licence. Furthermore, we are looking to hear from people who are confident on open water, can work well with colleagues, but also on their own initiative, and strive for self-improvement.
You will need to be flexible as the earliest start time could be 6.30 am and the latest finish time 8 pm.
No experience is needed as full training, uniform, and safety equipment will be provided to the successful candidate.
We will also progress you through your Power Boat Level 2 certification and any other water-based qualifications required to carry out your duties.
