However, we are open to considering job share arrangements Your role: Providing support and guidance to help develop individual's skills and ability to maintain their tenancy. Working with a range individuals who are vulnerable with learning difficulties, mental health or physical disabilities across the Flintshire area to develop their confidence and independence. Supporting with managing their tenancy, benefits, connecting the individuals we support with their community, development of hubs and working in collaboration/ networking with other agencies in Flintshire to ensure to best support is provided. All training will be provided. Car driver preferable Your experience: You don’t need a background in social care to join our team. Some of the best people who work for us include a decorator and a personal trainer. You’re interested in people’s lives and ambitious for them. Sometimes you’ll need to push people out of their comfort zone. You’re happy to work independently.
