Job summary The post of Organisational Development Workstreams Support Assistant is at the heart of the Aneurin Bevan University Health Board's Organisational Development team. The Organisational Development (OD) Team form part of the wider Workforce & OD function, and provide a wide range of services/projects which support individuals and teams from all areas of ABUHB to thrive in the workplace and achieve their potential. While administration is at the core of this role, the range of projects and work streams being driven by the Organisational Development team is varied. The post holder will be engaged in supporting many different types of work, with the opportunity to see the positive impact that their role has on the working lives of ABUHB colleagues/teams, and ultimately on the services that ABUHB provides to the citizens of Gwent. Main duties of the job The post holder will:o Provide a comprehensive administration and coordination service which enables the OD function to run smoothly and efficiently. This requires proactive planning and organisation, close liaison with team members and other stakeholders, and regular re-prioritising of workload in order to meet both planned and emerging demands.o Utilise ESR (Electronic Staff Record)) to manage learning and development programmes, attendees and reporting.o Be part of a small cross functional team who manage responses to our single point of access email account, providing professional and swift responses to queries.o Liaise with staff members, departments and external training providers to setting up training workshops and booking and confirming attendees.o Maintain and manage databases of information (for example Coaching & Mentoring register) and liaise with various stakeholders involved.o Enable excellent record-management through provision of registers, reconciling attendance and providing reports across various learningsessions.o Work alongside members of the OD team to plan and organise learning programmes.o Plan, organise and service departmental meetings as required by the Organisational Development Team.
