SEN Teaching Assistant - Hillingdon Primary School\n\nLocation: Hillingdon, West London\n Salary: £95 per day\n Contract Type: Full-time, Term Time Only\n Hours: 8.30am - 3.45pm\n Start Date: September 2025\n End Date: Initially until Christmas, with strong potential to continue for the full academic year\n Agency: SANZA Teaching Agency\n\nSANZA Teaching Agency is working in partnership with a well-regarded, creative primary school in the London Borough of Hillingdon to recruit a reliable and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to start in September.\n\nThis is a full-time role supporting a child with special educational needs on a 1:1 basis. The position will run initially until Christmas 2025, with a strong likelihood of continuing through to July 2026, subject to funding and performance.\n\nAbout the School:\n\nA welcoming, two-form entry primary school with a reputation for its inclusive ethos.\n\nLocated in a well-connected part of Hillingdon, accessible by public transport and with on-site parking.\n\nThe school values creativity in its approach to teaching and learning, offering a rich curriculum and engaging environment for pupils and staff alike.\n\nStaff are well-supported by a knowledgeable leadership team and dedicated SEND department.\n\nThe Role:\n\nSupporting a pupil with SEN needs, both inside and outside the classroom.\n\nWorking under the guidance of the class teacher and SENCO to implement individual support strategies.\n\nAssisting with personal development and maintaining a structured, consistent environment throughout the school day.\n\nRequirements:\n\nExperience supporting children with additional needs in an educational setting.\n\nConfident working with children on a 1:1 basis and adapting to their individual learning needs.\n\nReliable, punctual, and able to commit to the hours of 8.30am - 3.45pm, Monday to Friday.\n\nEnhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply for one.\n\nAble to provide two professional references.\n\nTo apply, please send your CV to or click 'Apply now'.\n For further information, contact Stuart Edge at SANZA Teaching Agency
