Responsibilities:
* Manage team leaders and operators/technicians
* Organize workflow with other departments
* Oversee and coach employees
* Ensure the safe use and protocols for equipment
* Submit reports on performance and progress
* Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements
* Organize and work with Training Officer to train existing and new employees ensuring training standards are carried out to a high level
* Ensure safety guidelines and company standards are followed
* Co-ordinate headcount resources to meet productivity
* Effectively communicate with colleagues at all levels of the business
* Develop a culture of continuous improvement, using Kaizen, 5S and other tools
* Leading and responsible point of contact for designated shift
