Do you have a passion for customer service and an interest in the motor industry? We are looking for a customer-focused and organised Service Advisor to join our team at Toyota Leeds. In this role, you'll be the key link between our customers and our workshop, ensuring top-quality service from start to finish. This is a full time role and typically you will be expected to work Monday to Friday and alternative Saturday's on a rota basis. Key Responsibilities: Greeting customers and handling service bookings efficiently. Advising customers on necessary repairs, services and estimated costs. Promoting the sale of genuine parts and accessories whenever possible. Keeping customers informed on their vehicle's progress and any additional work required. Liaising with Technicians to ensure smooth workflow in the service department. Processing invoices and payments accurately. Delivering an exceptional customer experience to maintain high satisfaction and retention. What we offer: A competitive basic salary of up to £25,282.40 per annum (dependant on experience), concluding to £32,882.40 per annum including OTE. What We're Looking For: Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong organisation and time management abilities. Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
