Working with individual students or small groups to help them with their learning. Helping create a positive and engaging classroom environment. Supporting students with additional needs and ensuring they can fully participate in lessons. Preparing classroom resources and helping organise activities. What We’re Looking For: Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent. Previous experience working in a primary school, ideally with Key Stage 1 or 2.
