About the Role
Due to natural growth, our client is seeking an Electrical Contracts Manager capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment and managing projects valued up to £8M. Based in and around London, these projects focus on the residential, commercial fit-out, and hotel sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee and report on all contractual and commercial aspects of projects.
* Plan resources for engineering, site management, and CAD requirements.
* Develop procurement, drawing, and technical submittal schedules, as well as RFI and cost forecasting schedules.
* Create detailed building services programs in alignment with main contractor timelines.
* Act as the lead representative in site meetings and address project issues.
* Plan, organize, and monitor contract progress.
* Supervise building services and ensure compliance with best practices.
* Implement and manage Health, Safety, and Environmental policies.
* Develop and execute risk management strategies.
* Maintain close client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Provide technical support to the internal project team and advisory input to the client.
* Collaborate with Quantity Surveyors and contractors to manage variation costing.
* Oversee project handover and aftercare processes.
About the Benefits/Rewards

* Salary: £55,000 - £75,000 (Negotiable)

Requirements
* Minimum of 5 years’ experience with a reputable contractor.
* Degree qualification preferred.
* A proven track record of at least two years with each employer.
