The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills and attention to detail. The role will be to support with day-to-day administrational tasks across the business, including building positive relationships with our supply chain. The candidate will be responsible for retrieving, inputting and tracking data while ensuring strict deadlines are met, with support from the wider Procurement and Supply Chain Teams. Duties and Responsibilities of the role: Monitor internal email inboxes and action accordingly. Dealing with a mixture of inbound and outbound calls; retrieving information and re-directing as required Navigating our internal systems, input data, and produce reports. Chase and input tickets and other relevant information on a daily basis Analytical approach to identify areas of improvement in the current business administration systems. Audit new suppliers, ensuring documents are compliant and meet legislation requirements. Essential Attributes: Excellent organisation and time management skills. Stable education and work history. A confident, friendly manner with a high level of customer focus. Precise communication skills. Excellent attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure whilst adhering to tight deadlines. Drive to work well within a team while prioritising own workload. Comfortable at making decisions on a frequent basis.
