Plastics Sales Manager
Plastics and Polymer Engineering
£80,000 OTE, 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays, 7% pension.

Location: South East England (Hybrid split between home, office, and 50% travelling to customers in Europe).
Job Responsibilities:
1. Manage the sales strategy for a specific portfolio of engineered plastics and polymers including key account development and liaison with marketing colleagues.
2. Develop European Sales strategies and measure sales performance to large goals by monitoring smaller scale KPIs and optimizing sales plans.
3. Key account management, development of relationships, attending customer meetings and trade events, plus leadership of bids, tenders, and closing sales deals.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have:
1. A technical or engineering background.
2. Experience in engineering sales, technical sales, or as a sales engineer.
3. Strong sales strategy skills.
4. Leadership experience in bids and tenders.
5. A proven track record of achieving sales goals.
Package:
£80,000 OTE. £60,000 - £65,000 salary (negotiable) and sales bonus up to 30%.
Pension up to 7% employer contribution (pension salary sacrifice option up to 20%).
Company bonus and share scheme.
