You might be just the person our high-performing marketing team is looking for Reassured is looking for a dynamic Paid Social Media Content Creator who will be tasked with creating impactful, scalable social media content that drives consumer engagement and performance across Reassured’s life insurance brands. This role will focus on improving advert click-through rate to deliver scaled lead volume within the target cost per lead. The role will also focus on testing and optimising new concepts in direct response advertising for the Paid Social team, helping them to maximise engagement while ensuring quick turnaround of creative assets. Key Responsibilities: Content Creation: Develop high-quality, platform-specific content (images, videos, graphics, captions) for paid social media campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Outbrain, and Taboola. Fast Idea Generation: Rapidly brainstorm and conceptualise new campaign ideas focused on life insurance products. Campaign Management: Assist in planning and executing paid social media campaigns to meet lead generation, engagement, and ROI goals. Market Research & Trend Awareness: Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and competitors’ strategies. Direct Response Focus: Strong understanding of direct response advertising principles to develop content aimed at driving conversions and lead generation through paid social ads. Cross-Channel Consistency: Ensure consistent messaging and visuals across platforms. A/B Testing & Optimization: Test and optimize creative variations to identify top-performing assets. Analytics & Optimization: Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics to improve content effectiveness. Skills & Experience: Experience: 1-2 years in social media content creation, preferably in financial services or a related industry but not essential Skills: Proficiency in social media platforms, ad management tools, and analytics (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics). Strong graphic design and video editing skills (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva). Excellent copywriting and storytelling abilities. Creativity:Innovative thinking to develop captivating campaigns. Analytical Mindset:Ability to interpret data and enhance campaign performance. Trend Awareness:Understanding of the latest social media trends.
