Are you results driven and do you have keen attention to detail?
Perhaps you would like a role that will really make a difference, working for a charity?
Imagine working somewhere that prioritises your wellbeing, supports your growth, and values the work you do every single day.
At AQA, you will benefit from 25 days of annual leave, in addition to Bank Holidays and extra closure days over Christmas. You can access an enhanced contributory pension scheme (you contribute 7%, we contribute 11.5%), as well as a newly refurbished office with a gym, yoga room, games room, subsidised eatery, and a range of collaborative and quiet spaces. You will work in a fast-paced environment that values accuracy, confidentiality and clear communication.
What do I need to be successful?
* Clear and accurate written communication, with strong attention to detail
* A good working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
* Experience in a customer service or support role (desirable)
* Ability to manage a varied workload and maintain accuracy in a busy environment
* A collaborative approach, with a willingness to build effective working relationships and learn as you go
