About the role:
Develop and administer Talent Management processes and initiatives to attract, select, integrate, engage and retain people within the organisation with the right aptitude and abilities in line with business needs, Talent Management strategy, industry best practices and current legislation.
Support to develop and administer Engagement activities to increase employee engagement and productivity in line with Engagement plans, practices, and cost budgets.
1. Support implementation of a broad range of Talent Management (TM) processes and tools requiring sometimes complex and non-routine work including background research e.g. analysing succession pipelines.
2. Support the creation and embedding of People Management Modules.
3. Prepare regular TM dashboards, TM data management and analysis and reporting to enable effective tracking of Talent initiatives.
4. Support preparation and facilitation of Executive/Employee Development Reviews and dialogues with Business Managers.
5. Support execution of succession planning tools and processes by identifying critical roles, destination roles, analysing succession pipelines, etc.
6. Support employees in identifying career paths, roles, and appropriate development plans to enable them to attain their career goals and aspirations.
7. Support with Certified processes.
8. Identify and support resolution of issues related to TM processes, its applications, and data analytics.
9. Supporting the implementation and management of feedback forums.
10. Coordination of recognition processes.
11. Support the completion of mandatory training on My Talent World.
12. Assisting with the rollout and follow-up of global engagement initiatives.
13. Aiding in the integration of the onboarding and local induction processes.
14. Deploy best practices to consolidate and maintain required data, files, and reports for Engagement initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have:
* At least 2 years’ experience, gained in a similar role.
* Experience in talent and engagement processes.
* Educated to degree level (or equivalent).
* Experience in coaching internal stakeholders.
* Strong Microsoft skills, with the ability to create informative, but easy to understand presentations.
