* Manage a varied caseload of private client matters
* Actively engage in business development initiatives, including writing blogs and participating in marketing activities
* Contribute to client relationship building and firm growth
* Work alongside a close-knit team to support the firm’s overall objectives
* Attend client meetings, events, and networking opportunities as required
Ideal Candidate :
* Qualified Private Client Fee Earner with relevant experience
* Eagerness to take part in business development activities and marketing initiatives
* Strong writing skills and an interest in creating content, such as blogs
* A self-motivated team player who thrives in an office-based setting
* Ability to commute to Grantham regularly
