Our client who is a Lloyds Broker is looking for an Insurance Broker Support to join their expanding team in the London office. The purpose of the role is to provide support for Brokers and Account Handlers.
Main Duties:
* Preparation and submission of Bordereaux
* Processing claims and premiums using ECF, Class and IMR
* Logging new business enquiries
* Preparation of technical documentation such as MRC Slips, Cover notes, Debit and Credit notes and renewal invitations
* Preparation and issuing of Invoices
* Creation and submission of LPANS and submission to XIS
* Uploading to PPL
* Production on MI reports
* Assisting Account handlers and Brokers with renewals and MTAs if needed
Essential Skills Required:
* Previous experience within Insurance
* Experience dealing with Premium and/ or Claims Bordereaux
* Knowledge of Xchanging and IMR
* Good IT skills
Desirable:
* Good organisation skills
* Experience dealing with Lloyds technical documentation such as MRC Slips
* Knowledge of Acturis system
